Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TapInMedia LLC ("we") collects through this website and the Viral Vision app, and what we do with it.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date you joined, which form you used, and the country your request came from. We use it only to tell you about Viral Vision: when your spot opens, and important product news. We don't sell or share it. Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They collect your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, order and licence information so we can give you access and support.

The app

Viral Vision runs on your computer. Your videos, scripts, clips, footage and settings stay on your computer. Your API keys are kept in your computer's secure credential store. The app sends your scripts, prompts and text directly from your computer to the services you choose (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or ElevenLabs) under your own accounts and their privacy policies; it does not send them to us. To check your licence, the app sends your licence key and a device identifier to our licensing provider.

This website

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP address) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, and we will honour them.

We'll update this page if anything changes and change the date at the top.
